About Me
My journey from education to yoga
My journey has always been rooted in education, curiosity, and human connection.
I graduated in Early Childhood Education in 2005 and completed my master’s degree in 2009. Since 2005, I have worked with children between the ages of three and six, continuously exploring new ways to create meaningful learning environments where they can move, discover, express themselves, and grow.
And that is how yoga first found its way into my life.
While searching for new and holistic experiences for children, I discovered children’s yoga and became a Children’s Yoga Teacher in 2016.
At first, I thought this journey was simply about bringing something new to the children I worked with. Over time, however, I realized that I was also searching for something within myself.
Perhaps I was looking for a way to take the hand of my own inner child again.
As yoga deepened my connection with my body, my breath, and myself, I wanted to learn more. In 2017, I continued my training in foundational and advanced yoga, prenatal yoga, and yoga for children and teenagers.
Over the years, my two worlds — education and yoga — naturally came together.
I went on to complete extensive yoga teacher training, including a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training and a 95-hour Children’s Yoga Teacher Training through a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School. My path later expanded into teacher training, allowing me not only to teach yoga but also to support and guide new yoga teachers in their own journeys.
Today, I work with both adults and children, offering online classes, in-person practices, and private sessions.
